The classes

Not sure which to try? Book one of each with the intro offer.

  1. Reformer

Springs, straps and a sliding carriage that can make an exercise easier or much harder. The class most people picture when they hear "Pilates".

With Lena Ortiz and Maya Chen

  2. Mat

The original method, on the floor, with your own body weight. Nothing to hide behind, and a good place to learn the fundamentals.

With Lena Ortiz and Sam Brooks

  3. Prenatal

Reformer work adapted for each trimester, and for the months after. Tell us how far along you are when you book.

    With Maya Chen

  4. Strength

Mat Pilates with light weights and longer holds, for steadier hips, backs and shoulders.

Your first class

What should I wear?
Something you can move in that won't ride up when you lie down. You'll be barefoot or in socks; we have grip socks if you need a pair.
Do I need experience?
No. Every exercise has an easier and a harder version, and the instructor will show you both.
I have an injury, or I'm pregnant.
Tell us when you book and again when you arrive. During pregnancy, prenatal classes are the place to start.
